Application form
You must be nominated to apply for a Senior Recognition Award. All students who were nominated will receive an email from srawards@iu.edu congratulating you on your nomination with the next steps to apply. The application link is in the email.
For the Wells, Stahr, Mueller, and Student Employee awards, all application materials should be submitted by the Monday, December 1 deadline.
For the scholarship-based Goodbody and Hill awards, the application process is through the IU scholarship portal and all materials are due by Sunday, February 15.
We are not awarding the Butler Award at this time.
